About MCP-UI
mcp-ui pioneered interactive web interfaces for AI tools over MCP, and its patterns fed into the MCP Apps specification that standardised UI delivery. Its @mcp-ui packages now implement that standard: a server SDK for creating UI resources in TypeScript or Python, and a client SDK recommended for MCP Apps hosts, with platform adapters for rendering.
