Sponsorship terms

Sponsorship uses an existing, eligible directory listing. The checkout identifies the listing and placement. It buys a clearly labeled Sponsored placement, with the following monthly prices and inventory limits:

• Category sponsor: $399 USD per month. 3 placements per category.
• Homepage sponsor: $599 USD per month. 3 placements across the site.
• Search placement: $299 USD per month. 1 placement across the site.

Category sponsorship appears on the listing's category page. Homepage sponsorship appears in the homepage Sponsored shelf. Search sponsorship appears as a separately labeled result in the site's search palette. View the placement descriptions.

Subscriptions are billed in USD through Stripe and renew monthly until canceled. Stripe displays the amount payable and the billing details before payment. Review these details and keep your receipt. The billing period and renewal date follow your Stripe subscription.

Payment confirmation and a final capacity check are required before activation. Returning to the website from checkout does not establish a successful payment. Page caches can take up to an hour to show a confirmed placement. If your payment is confirmed and your placement is missing, contact us with the listing name and receipt reference.

If simultaneous confirmed payments exceed the available inventory, we cancel and refund the excess subscription rather than activating an extra placement.

Email advertise@agentsearchengine.app before the next renewal to request cancellation. Include your listing name and enough billing information to identify the subscription; do not send card details. We confirm the cancellation and the paid-through date.

Cancellation stops the next renewal. The placement stays active through the period already paid for, then ends. An email unsubscribe request does not by itself cancel a subscription. Contact us if a charge occurs after a timely cancellation request.

Ordinary cancellation does not automatically refund unused time in a paid period. Billing errors, undelivered placements and refunds required by law are reviewed and resolved. The over-capacity refund described above still applies.

Send billing questions or disputes to advertise@agentsearchengine.app with your listing name, the relevant dates and receipt reference. We review the subscription and delivery records and respond with the outcome or any information needed. These terms do not remove rights provided by applicable law.

Payment does not change organic ranking, classification, reviews, comparisons or editorial recommendations. Sponsored inventory is visibly disclosed and separate from organic results. Listing content remains subject to the same editorial and correction process as other listings.

Placement click counts are available on request for the paid period. They are first-party event records, with some bot and prefetch filtering. A placement click opens the directory listing; an outbound visit to the vendor is a separate event. Counts are not verified people, enquiries or paid conversions.

We do not promise traffic, leads, sales, rankings, AI citations or any other business outcome. You are buying the placement described in checkout.
