About Novera
Novera is an Apache-2.0 chat and writing application derived from Jan, with public Windows, Linux, macOS and Android distribution routes. Compatible local models, hardware and any configured cloud API charges are separate from the free application. Interface localizations do not guarantee model-language support. The project documents that macOS is not Apple-notarized and iOS is not publicly installable. Downloads, updates and optional external services remain separate from local inference; no package was installed or audited.
