The OpenAI Agents SDK builds multi-agent workflows from agents configured with instructions, tools, guardrails and handoffs. It adds sandbox agents that work in a container over long horizons, realtime and voice agents, sessions, human-in-the-loop steps and tracing, and supports the OpenAI Responses and Chat Completions APIs as well as more than 100 other LLMs.
