About Salesforce Agentforce
Agentforce is Salesforce's agent platform for customer and employee workflows. Builders configure instructions, subagents and actions connected to business data; developer documentation covers Apex and other action extensions. Foundations access is advertised for Salesforce customers, while commercial usage can use credits, conversations or user licenses. Those models have different entitlements and additional consumption costs. This entry covers the platform, not a guaranteed ready-to-run agent. Action behavior and business outcomes were not tested.
