- Mixed feature stages. Established licensed app features coexist with rollouts and Frontier features. Office in Copilot is described in the October roadmap; do not infer universal GA.

- Web app; Desktop app; Mobile app; Inside a work suite. Supported Microsoft 365 web, desktop and mobile apps; suite, Teams and administrator prerequisites differ.

- Vendor cloud. Cloud processing uses organizational work context and permissions. Prompts/responses may be logged under retention and eDiscovery policies; review your tenant's actual settings.

- Documents, spreadsheet analysis, presentations and meeting summaries inside supported Microsoft 365 workflows; review formulas, citations and proposed actions.
