The AI SDK, from the creators of Next.js, is a free, open-source TypeScript toolkit with a unified API across model providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic and Google, for generating text and structured data, building agents and streaming generative UI in Next.js, React, Svelte, Vue, Angular and Node.js. By default it routes through the Vercel AI Gateway, and providers can also be called directly.
