Telegram MCP uses Telethon to expose more than 80 tools for a Telegram user account: chats and groups, messages, contacts, media, folders and admin operations, with multi-account routing, proxy support and a chat allowlist for privacy. It authenticates with a Telegram API ID, API hash and a generated session string.
